Experience

My real estate career begin in 2004 with Keller Williams Realty. I moved to Palmetto Coastal Homes, an independent brokerage, in 2014. Throughout my years selling real estate, I have helped first time home buyers, buyers retiring to the area, move up and downsizing buyers, second homeowners and investors purchase property in and around Murrells Inlet. 

Prior to selling real estate, I started my professional career at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor. At Merrill Lynch, I got involved with the real estate market by helping clients obtain mortgages for their new homes, second homes or investment properties.

Throughout my real estate career, I have helped many clients buy or sell primary, secondary, vacation and investment properties. I have worked with first-time home buyers, first-time home sellers, buyers moving to Myrtle Beach from other areas of the U.S. and abroad, investors buying and selling property in the Myrtle Beach area, people looking to buy a larger home and people looking to buy a smaller home. I have worked with sellers facing foreclosure, and I have successfully helped owners sell their properties either through a regular sale or through a short sale to avoid foreclosure. I have also helped buyers and investors purchase properties currently in foreclosure. Whatever your real estate need is, I can help!

As an avid user of technology, my goal is to find the best technology to better serve my clients’ needs and not be tied to an office. Real estate is a mobile profession and the tools I use need to be mobile. I am implementing the best programs, technology and apps into my business plan to make the buying and selling process more transparent and less stressful so I have more time to build lasting relationships with my clients.

Personal

I am originally from Walhalla, SC and I graduated from Clemson University in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Financial Management. Having always loved the sun, sand and ocean, I could not pass up a job offer in Myrtle Beach. My love for the area has only grown through my transition from occasional tourist to full-time resident.

Daniel and I got married in 2016 and have one dog, Thunder. I spend as much time with my extended family and friends as possible. Outside of real estate, I enjoy being outside either working in the yard or being at the beach or inlet. I also enjoy walks and runs on the beach and my kickboxing/boxing gym.
