Find Your Home’s Accurate Value

Finding an automated value on your home is easy these days…maybe TOO easy. You can plug your address into any automated home valuation tool. The home valuation tool uses an algorithm to determine your home’s value. The difference between your home’s actual value and the value the algorithm spits out could vary wildly.

To better help you, I do things differently. Instead of providing an automated home valuation based on an algorithm, I will use up-to-date local MLS information plus my knowledge of market conditions to determine a value for your home. 

Step 1:

Complete the form below. The most important information to provide is your home address and your email address so I can get your home’s estimated value to you. Provide as much detail about your home as you would like as this will give me a better understanding of your home. Remember, your home’s estimated value will be put together by a human (me!). You will NOT receive an instant value, but you will receive accurate information.

Step 2:

The work begins on my side. I will use actual, up-to-date information on sold properties in our area along with my knowledge of the market to determine your home’s estimated value. Because this report is being put together by a human and not a computer, you will not get an instant value, but you will get an accurate value. You will receive an email confirming I received your information. Now…I go to work…

Step 3:

Your report is ready!
