January 2014 Myrtle Beach Market Update:
Single family homes sold include only detached homes. Condos include condos, townhouses and duplexes. The areas included are Conway, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach, Murrells Inlet, Litchfield Beach and Pawleys Island.
224 single family homes were sold. The sale prices for those homes ranged from $39,000 to $1,840,000 with the average sale price being $237,426. These homes had an average days on market of 159 days.
199 condos were sold. The sale prices for these condos ranged from $26,000 to $1,025,000 with the average sale price being $146,303. The average days on market was 175.
