The 84th annual Myrtle Beach Bike Week (also called Harley Week or Spring Bike Rally) started Friday, May 12, 2023. It runs through Sunday, May 21, 2023 and attracts local riders as well as riders from out-of-town. During their stay, many out-of-town riders realize how much they love Murrells Inlet and start to think about retiring to Murrells Inlet or looking for a second home or investment property. Before motorcycle riders get too excited about a house or neighborhood, they need to make sure they are looking at properties for sale in Murrells Inlet motorcycle friendly neighborhoods. The Homeowners’ Association (HOA) would need to allow owners to have motorcycles.
Single Family Home Neighborhoods
Single family homes are great if you would like a garage, more space between neighbors and a yard. Motorcycle friendly neighborhoods can be found throughout Murrells Inlet and Garden City Beach. Options include beach or marsh front properties, golf course communities or properties not on the beach or in a golf course community (but still close to both!). Murrells Inlet motorcycle friendly neighborhoods include homes in gated communities, non-gated communities, 55+ communities and non-55+ communities. Murrells Inlet really does have something for just about everyone!
Condo Neighborhoods
Condos and townhouses can be a great option if you are looking for a second home or investment property. Generally, the HOA for the condo or townhouse will take care of the landscaping so you do not have to worry about cutting grass or making sure plants and flowers get watered while you are not in town using the condo.
