Getting your home sold takes a good marketing plan. My marketing plan will be tailored to your specific needs, but it will include staging, videos, photography, internet marketing, personalized websites, text message marketing and open houses.

Staging

Staging helps put your home’s best foot forward. Buyers begin their search for a new home online, and we want your home to look its best. Staging can include rearranging your furniture to make rooms look and feel larger, de-cluttering, painting walls a neutral color, de-personalizing your home and making your home show ready.

Target Advertising

Through Facebook advertising, I will target buyers that I think would be interested in buying your home.

Open Houses

I will host a broker open house with one of my lending partners, and I will host a public open house. My open house marketing includes signage and personal invitations to your neighbors, if allowed in your community.

Email

Do you use email campaigns as a marketing channel. Maybe you use a service like MailChimp to blast to all of your past clients or others in your sphere of influence? Share the size of your email list and campaign frequency with the homeowner.

Pricing

Pricing your home according to the market trends is best way to sell your home. I will explain the current market conditions and we will agree on a price to get your home sold.

Signage

If allowed by your HOA, I will place a sign in your yard. This sign will have my cell number along with a text code any potential buyer can text to get information about your home.

Photos and Videos

Once your home is listed, I will take multiple pictures and videos to make sure the best features of your home are showcased. Our MLS allows 25 pictures, but I will be taking more pictures to make sure the best shot is used. Your home will also be featured on my Facebook Business Page through a Facebook Live Video.

Personalized Website

Your home will have a personalized website that will be used for advertising purposes. Some examples of where this site will be used include targeted Facebook advertising, emailing to my database and adding to the national real estate websites.

Internet

Getting your home online is a great method to getting your hold sold. 90% of buyers start their home search online! I employ many methods to market your home online including Trulia.com, Realtor.com, Zillow.com, social media marketing on Google, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. I will also feature your home on my website, www.MyrtleBeachRealEstatePropertySearch.com. The many features of your home will be explained on my site, and visitors are able to access my site from any device they use. We do not want to miss any visitors driving through your neighborhood and checking out homes online!

MLS and MLS Lockbox

Most buyers use a buyers’ agent when purchasing their home. Having an up-to-date listing in our local MLS with accurate information is key to getting your home sold. 3000+ local REALTORS® will have access to your home. Having a secure MLS lockbox on your home will allow agents to access the key to your home to facilitate showings.
