The neighborhood of Cherry Grove Cottages is located just off Sea Mountain Hwy. It is a small community of raised beach homes. All homes are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two-story floor plans. The homes make perfect homes to live in permanently or use as a second home. The lots are small enough to keep maintenance at a minimum but large enough to give you space to enjoy the outside. Each house also comes with a screened porch off the living room/dining area upstairs.
What can you do in the Cherry Grove Beach area? First, there’s always the beach! If fishing is more your style, you can visit the Cherry Grove Pier. The pier was rebuilt in 1999 and lengthened to 985 feet. The pier also has a 2-story observation deck. Looking for a place to eat? The Shack and Berry’s Seafood are within walking distance of the Cherry Grove Cottages, and Basil’s Pizza is down Sea Mountain Hwy. closer to the beach. You’ll also find miniature golf on Sea Mountain Hwy. If you want to venture out a little more, The Todd House in Tabor City, NC is a wonderful place to eat southern, home cooked meals. North Myrtle Beach has many restaurants, miniature golf courses, dog parks, shopping and outdoor activities to try. Looking for some night life? The Alabama Theatre has nightly shows throughout the year and a great Christmas show each year.
