This condo is located in the Bluewater Villas I on the south end of Myrtle Beach. Blue Water Villas I is across the street from Hurl Rock Park and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. As an owner of a condo at Blue Water Villas, you have access to all the amenities at the Villas plus the amenities at the Tower. HOA fees ($402/month) include all utilities in your condo (electricity, phone, cable, internet, water/sewer and trash). This condo is accessible by stairs or the building elevator.
