Del Webb Myrtle Beach is a 55+ neighborhood coming to Myrtle Beach in late 2017/early 2018. The neighborhood will be located at 62nd Avenue North and Bypass 17 in Myrtle Beach near the Intracoastal Waterway. The Del Webb community will also be part of the exclusive Grande Dunes community. As a homeowner in the Del Webb community, you will have access to the Grande Dunes amenities in addition to the Del Webb amenities. You will also be a short drive to the the Grande Dunes Marketplace and Grand Strand Medical Center. Within walking distance will be the YMCA and a 3.3 acre dog park.
